Harper meets a boy, Alex, who she has only watched from a distance. They discover one another, and their hearts ignite to be consumed with feelings they’ve never felt before. Now they know they can never go back to their old life, yet when tragedy strikes Harper feels a level of pain she’s unsure she can overcome. To survive she must move forward to discover a bigger world, her true identity, and find that love can sting the heart, but also be reborn.
